Bob Tellier was promoted to the position of President in February of 2015 after having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing since October of 2013. As President he leads the development and execution of the company strategy as a separate, standalone division of Lowe’s. Bob joined Orchard in June of 2011 as the Vice President of Merchandising and Global Sourcing.
Previously Bob was a Divisional Vice President at True Value Hardware in Chicago since 2005. His background also includes several years as a management consultant, preceded by 14 years of progressive management roles in finance and operations in consumer product manufacturing. Bob has a BA degree from the Whittemore School of Economics at the University of New Hampshire, with majors in Political Science and Economics.David I. Bogage
Senior Vice President, HR
Mr. Bogage joined Orchard as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in April 2011. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Talent and Organizational Development, of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co., a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, from February 2009 to January 2011. He also served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development for The Haskell Company from August 2003 to March 2008 and as Vice President, Human Resources at The Home Depot, Inc. from 1994 to 2003, ultimately leading the function for all of North America.John Bonnot
Senior Vice President, Merchandising and Marketing
John Bonnot joined Orchard as Senior Vice President, Merchandising and Marketing in March 2015. John has over 25 years of hardware industry experience on both the retail and supplier sides of the business. He most recently has been the VP Retail Sales at JM Eagle for the last 6 years. Previous to that, he was a Divisional VP of Merchandising at True Value after spending four years at Lowes as a Store Manager and Merchant. John also has extensive sales, marketing, and business development experience in his roles as a VP at Sierra Craft and as a merchant at Builders Emporium.
John will lead the merchant and marketing teams in the execution of the strategies we have launched over the last several years. He is a long time California resident with a long connection to the Orchard brand.Bruce J. Levitin
Vice President, Operational Readiness
Bruce joined Orchard as Senior Director of Supply Chain and Loss Prevention in January 2013. In June of 2013 Bruce was promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain & Loss Prevention. In October 2013 International Supply Chain was integrated into the Supply Chain group. In July 2014 Bruce’s title changed to Vice President Operational Readiness with the addition of the Central Operations team. Prior to Orchard Bruce was a Vice President at 24 Hour Fitness which is America’s largest Fitness Club. Prior to 24 Hour Fitness he spent 17+ years with Home Depot in various roles which included Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, District Manager, Senior Director Special Projects, Senior Director of Supply Chain, Vice President of Supply Chain and Vice President of Store Operations.Craig Siqueland
Vice President of Field Sales
Craig has been with Orchard for nearly 8 years and was appointed to his current role in July 2014. With Orchard, he previously held the positions of Regional Vice President – South and District Manager, Los Angeles. Craig has 32 years of retail experience in Store Support and field leadership from Macy’s and National Vendor Services (a Lowe’s store service contractor), where he held positions as Store Manager, Project Manager-new stores, Director Store Operations, and Regional Manager. Craig is a native Californian, married to his wife Lisa for 25 years, and is an avid home improver, wood worker and water skier.He leads the board of MSAADA, a not-for-profit developer in Africa, India and Haiti. Mike is active with Westwood Community Church, leading their efforts in Malawi.
