Return your new and unused item along with the original receipt to any OSH store within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.  We will refund your money based on your original method of payment.

For returns with an original sales receipt within 90 days of purchase, we will:
-Refund cash if your purchase was made with cash, check, or debit card.
-Credit the original credit card used if your purchase was made with a credit card
-Issue Store Credit if your purchase was made with a Gift Card or Store Credit.

For returns with an original sales receipt after 90 days of purchase, we will:
-Issue a Store Credit for the original purchase amount

For returns without an original sales receipt, we will:
-Look up your receipt if you made your purchase in the past 90 days with a credit card, debit card, or check.  For credit card purchases, we will credit your credit card.  For debit card or check purchases, we will refund cash
-Issue Store Credit for the lowest selling price over the past year if your receipt was not found or you did not originally pay with a credit or debit card

Gift Cards
-Gift Cards and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, check, or credit

Lifetime Plant Guarantee
-If anything happens to a plant from OSH, just bring it back with your receipt and we'll replace it

Note:  OSH reserves the right to request valid, government-issued photo identification prior to accepting merchandise for return.
