Assistant Store Manager Training Program
Features of the program:
Length of program is approximately 8-10 weeks
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned as a Merchandise Manager or Human Resource Site Manager.
Reports to the Store Manager. Shares in the store management responsibilities relative to the sales and profit of the assigned store. Manages the store through positively influencing sales and controlling expenses with an emphasis on being in stock with merchandise properly presented and promoting positive employee relations as well as doing everything possible to satisfy our customer's needs.
Minimum requirements for your candidacy acceptance:
-3 years retail management experience in a large format environment or equivalent

-Dedication to customer service
-Strong organizational skills
-A.A. degree preferred, but not required
-Willingness to commute and/or relocate to area stores
