Pre-order and Pick-up - Place your order in advance by phone or fax and your local OSH
store will have it ready for pick-up.

In order to create an on-line account, the following information will be needed.

• Account Number, either the old or new number will work
• Tax ID/EIN Number
• Business Phone Number
• Business Zip Code

To apply for commercial credit card, print out pdf form of application.
After filling out the application you can either mail or FAX the form.
Full instructions and agreement terms are on the form.

FAX or phone your orders. Orders pulled same business day (pending product availability).
Weekend orders and special orders require additional days of processing.
